Pulse: HIIT Timer ("the App") is developed by Girish Padavala. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

Data We Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The App does not require you to create an account, and we have no servers that receive your data.

All data — including your saved workouts, timer history, preferences, and settings — is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. This data is not accessible to us and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

Notifications

The App may request permission to send local notifications to alert you when timers and workout intervals complete. Notification preferences can be managed in your device's Settings. No notification data is sent to external servers.

Live Activities

The App uses Apple's ActivityKit to display real-time timer information on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. This data is processed entirely on your device.

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases (Pulse Pro) managed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not process or store any payment information. All transactions are handled by Apple. For details, see Apple's Privacy Policy.

Background Audio

The App uses background audio capabilities to keep timers running accurately when the App is minimized. No audio data is recorded or transmitted.

Analytics

The App uses Apple's built-in analytics for crash reporting and basic performance data. This information is anonymous, aggregated, and handled by Apple in accordance with their privacy practices.

Third-Party Services

The App does not currently integrate any third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. The only third-party service involved is Apple's App Store for processing in-app purchases.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

Data Retention

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. Uninstalling the App removes all associated data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

By downloading or using Pulse: HIIT Timer ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Use of the App

The App is a workout interval timer designed for personal fitness use. You may use the App for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional premium features ("Pulse Pro") available through in-app purchases, including monthly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, and a one-time lifetime purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Management and cancellation of subscriptions can be done through your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

Pricing is displayed in the App and may vary by region. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, with changes taking effect at the next renewal period.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within the App are the property of Girish Padavala. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The App is a timer tool and is not a substitute for professional fitness or medical advice. You use the App at your own risk and are solely responsible for your physical activity and safety during workouts.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
